What do we do at spirit aid?

Spirit Aid care about our communities and need your help to make a difference, we are a Scottish humanitarian relief organisation dedicated to alleviating the suffering of children and young people whose lives have been affected by poverty, neglect, abuse, lack of opportunity, humanitarian crisis or even blighted by war.

For almost twenty years, Spirit Aid has supported Children and Young People, at home and abroad, helping to improve their health, education and opportunities. We transcend national and cultural boundaries to help give Young People hope for their future. Sadly in recent years, the need in our local communities has grown, but with the help of the Scottish people, we have been able to respond.

Meet the Team behind Spirit Aid

Poverty is an issue in the lives of so many of our young people and we are doing our best as a small, volunteer organisation to change the world, one child at a time. As Nelson Mandela said ‘overcoming poverty is not a task of charity it is an act of justice’. Please join us in effecting real change and give our young people a safer and brighter future.
